Forging Adjustments

I have made a few adjustments to the equations for refining armour for
extra blunt or cutting protection.

Previously armour with lower stats, like leather armour, would see a 10%
blunt protection when forging for cutting, nearly every time. The change
will give a little more variation to those numbers.

High end armor (like full plate) will also see a little more range as
well.

There was also a bug that kept refining for blunt from working at times.
That has been fixed as well.
