I have put in some basic online time requirements for voting in
guildmaster elections. I am going to be beefing that up in the next
couple of weeks.

The reason I am not beefing it up right now, is that I needed more data
about character activity to determine if an individual has enough active
play time to be eligible to vote. Gathering that data will take a couple
of weeks. Once I have it, I will implement the new time requirements for
elections.
