ARTIFACTS
-------------------
- There is a new power you can add to worn items, Protection. If
you are not wearing any armour, then you will get 20/20 armour
protection. Shields do not effect this. You can also find an
'Amulet or Protection' for sale from Qeddwyn.
GENERAL
-------------------
- OUTB has always worked while underground. I have made it so OUTC
will as well.
ELEMENTALISM
-------------------
- New Skill: TUNE
- New Skill: DRAIN
- Hailstones will now give messages when hitting a player or their
shield.
- All Magi now have a 'staff' proficiency.
- Magi can now specify a direction when using firelash against
icewalls.
- Reduced the willpower cost of creating a staff.
- Increased the decay time for staffs.
- Those using stonefist will deliver different messages.
- Waterweird is no longer a strippable defense. You will have to kill
the weird to get rid of the defense.
- If you have the sandling skill, and you are underground, you can now
ORDER SANDLING BURROW <dir>
- Stormhammer equilibrium and mana loss is now based off your number
of targets. The more targets your have the more mana and
equilibrium it will use.
ENCHANTMENT
-------------------
- New Item: RAINSTICK
- New Item: ECLIPSE
- The hearing enchantment is now the allsight enchantment. This
enchantment will basically work like the mindseye tattoo.
- You can now refer to essencecap as a 'cap' with interacting with
them.
- Essencecaps that have been filled will show as 'glowing'.
- Whirlwind will now catch people who are in the trees, and not
clinging.
- Those with transcendent enchantment will make items with 50% more
decay time.
- Increased mushroom sigil decay time.
- Renamed the whirlwind enchantment.
- Beacons take 2 less diamond dust to create now.
- The gem of negation now be used when paralyzed and tied. However,
you will need at least one working arm to touch it.
- Boots of water walking no longer exist. There is now a water
breathing enchantment. Those of you with boots can TOUCH BOOTS to
use it. The enchantment can be put on any object which can be worn.
- I was going to remove wielding time for enchantments, but I decided
not too, the balance is only .5 seconds. I also stated I was going
to have the necklace of comprehension understand lycanthropes, which
I have decided against as well.
