Liaisons are now a guild appointed position. Every class may have one
liaison. If you appoint a new liaison then any other liaisons for that
class will be removed. GUILD APPOINT <player> LIAISON is the command.

Vampires can also have a single liaison, but the administration will
have to continue appointing them for now.
