Bugs Squashing

- Fixed a problem with dash stopping middash.
- The lunar resonance ritual can no longer find phased players.
- Hailstorm will no longer fire tekura blocks.
- Quitting the lycanthropy class will clear you from a pack properly
now.
- Lycanthropy return will no longer work if you have broken legs, are
tied up, or asleep.
- You can no longer transfer packs to someone who is not already in
your pack.
- Lycanthropy track should work properly to water rooms now.
- Lycanthropy Mark will be cleared on death and login/logoff now.
- Icy ground should not effect mistformed players.
- PURIFY BLOOD is not effected by capitalization anymore.
- You can no longer see the weapons on mistformed players.
- If you are mistformed, you should be able to earthmeld no matter
what now.
- Corpus Catching will be cleared on death and login/logout properly
now.
- Corpus Catching will display in DEFENSES now.
- Eartmelding, Mistforming, and several other issues will no longer
allow mounts to follow.
- You must be on the ground to cast sandling now.
- Ice and Fire walls will show creation messages in opposing rooms
now.
- Hailstorm no longer hits buried or phased players.
- You cannot cast aerial from indoors anymore.
- Casting freeze at firewall with the elementalism skill or a morph
will cost mana and have basic balance/eq/standing restrictions now.
- Bind will work properly now.
- Blurry Vision should properly be cured by random curing skills now.
- Fixed a problem with the Aeon Tarot card that would cause it to
cure much faster then was intended in some cases.
- Mind Throw will now trigger traps, walls, and such. Just as normal
movement.
- Telesense will clear when killed or logon/logoff.
- Mind Cleanse is no longer an aggressive action.
- Fixed some bugs with mind listen that displayed wrong messages.
- Fixed a bug that kept mind locks from clearing when not in the
same area anymore.
