Just a few tweaks as I continue to observe the effects of the new
illusions.

- The Subterfuge Illusion ability's maximum number of inserted line
breaks has been reduced to four. This counts for the illusion artifact
power also.

- The Telepathy Hallucination ability's maximum number of inserted line
breaks has been increased to two.

- The Tarot Creator ability's maximum number of inserted line breaks has
been increased to one.
