There is a new defensive artifact power - heal_mana_bonus. It works the
same way as heal_bonus, except for mana. When you use a mana elixir or
stimulant serum it will increase the amount of mana you restore. It is
now for sale with Qeddwyn, or you can buy it on rings of clarity in the
defensive artifacts part of his shop.

I have also moved the rings of vigour to the defensive artifacts
section, and have put them and the rings of clarity in HELP
ARTIFACTS_DEFENSIVE.
