The October awards have easily been the hardest I've ever judged. The
wealth of high quality entries is simply staggering, and I invite you
all to go to the Art section of the website and look at them for
yourselves.

Due to the incredible amount of entries which could be winners, I've
been forced to break the rules regarding how many winners and runners-up
there can be. However, even despite this, and despite the fact that one
of the best entries has to be put on hold because the character of the
creator no longer exists, many were still left out from the below list.
To those people, I can only offer my apologies; the nature of the
monthly competition means that it simply has to be judged relative to
the other entries in the month, however good your own entries might be
independently.

As I mentioned above, one of the accounts that submitted an entry does
in fact no longer exist - if anyone has anything information about
Thask, please let me know (do not claim to be him if you are not, I can
tell and I'll be displeased to say the least).
