bugs, issues or to attract attention to yourself. It is available only
and strictly only for emergencies of the utmost urgency.

Issues are to be used as stated in Announce post 619, HELP ISSUES and
HELP PK.

Bugs are not to be issued unless they are emergencies, please BUG bugs,
TYPO typos and IDEA ideas.
