Forging Changes

What follows are fairly huge changes to Forging, as we decided that the
skill really was too full of drudgery, took too long and was too boring
for anyone to really want to use it. And what is a skill worth when
people only use it grudgingly? Here are the changes:

- The minimum forges required to make an item have been greatly reduced
on all items.

- Forging is no longer a balance command, you simply FORGE once after
doing FORGE FOR, and it will continue automatically for you.

- The same goes for refining, which is now on its own command, REFINE.

- The amount of refines needed to fully refine an item has been greatly
reduced on all items.

- The forging delay (previously the base balance time, now the time
between automatic iterations) has been somewhat reduced.

- Forging has a new ability, Repairing.

- Forging has a new ability, Smelting.

Note that if you move, use balance or equilibrium, use an aggressive
action or have an aggressive action used against you while forging or
refining you will stop doing so. However, what you have done until that
point will still count.

Now, as regards weapon and armour stats, I have done my best to keep
them within the same range, but there may be some variation from the
range now against the range before. Rest assured that I'll be keeping an
eye on them.

Penned by my hand on the 19th of Midsummer, in the year 194 MA.
