Another few miscellaneous changes I thought I should notify you all
about:

- Telepathy Cleanse's willpower cost has been somewhat reduced.

- Quarterstaves' discharge attack's damage has been somewhat reduced,
against both mobiles and players.

- Grove-users can no longer charge or drain quarterstaves in the arena,
however the sunlight energy any quarterstaff being held by (in
containers doesn't count) them is charged with when they enter the arena
will be restored to that quarterstaff when they leave the arena again, no
matter how much or little they used inside.
