We've updated the movement system somewhat today, particularly in
regards to abilities that move people against their will, but are
physical in nature. These abilities should now all properly ignore
things like paralysis, broken legs and so on, but properly fail due to
closed doors, icewalls, blocking players, and so on.
For reference, this kind of movement includes things like thrustkick,
barge, tsunami and adduction, but not things like angel beckon, as that
actually is the person being beckoned moving themselves, despite it
being against their will.
If you happen to notice any abilities you think should be in this
category ignoring walls or not ignoring paralysis etc. please file a bug
report about it.
