Infernal and Paladin Liaisons

I did not do as much with Devotion and Necromancy as I did with
Chivalry. This was on purpose, to see how things play out for the next
couple months.
CHIVALRY
- New Skill: DOUBLEPARRY
- New Skill: DOUBLETARGET
- Your ability to hit and do damage is now based on your skill level
in Chivalry or Weaponry, whichever is higher. If your Chivalry is
higher then you will get up to an additional 10% bonus from weaponry
as well.
- Weathering now reduces all cold damage by 15%.
- Lunge will also knock a player prone and impale them now. (This will
work for swordfish also.)
- Slightly increased the balance used for lunge.
- Arc can be used without equilibrium now.
- Engage now does a simple weapon strike when the player flees, just as
if you had done 'slash'. This means the player will be hit with any
weapon effects on the blade, and could hinder their movement or have
other effects.
- I have reduced the damage done by disembowel. However, avoidance and
armour will no longer reduce the damage done. In other words, the
amount of damage done by disembowel will actually go up.
- Fixed some problems where you could impale or disembowel while tied
up, prone, or other similar afflictions.
DEVOTION
- You can now specify what rites you would like to use severance on.
- Allsight, in addition to enemies, will also track the movements of
the undead and the consanguine
- Undead, Vampires, and those with Necromancy are not affects by
Revitalization. The skill already worked this way, but the AB file
now reflects this.
- There is some confusion about chaoscalms effects. It will pacify an
entity for 30 seconds, and will not attack. If this is not the case,
please bug it, and we will fix it soon.
- Although using hands on the undead will not heal them, it will now
take balance
- Fixed a problem with inspiration never wearing off.
- The rite of WellBeing should be working properly now.
- Fixed several general message bugs and typos.
NECROMANCY
- Vigour and Sapience will recover more mana or health, if you have a
higher skillrank in necromancy.
- Corruption will once again work for Infernals, giving them a +1 to
strength.
- Using blackwind will turn off deathaura.
- Fixed several AB files, messages, and typos.
