I promise that this post has absolutely nothing to do with artifacts!

I have entirely rewritten quiver code, for a number of reasons. However
the practical effects of this to you all is that the way you use them
will be different, that meteor arrows will be useable within them and
that tailors will be able to design different kinds of quivers (though
this is not in effect yet with the design-approving team so don't start
submitting them).

Basically all the normal Bowmanship commands will now also be useable by
anyone with a bow of the Hunt in their inventory. Anyone in this
situation who does not have Bowmanship in Subterfuge or Chivalry, you
can message me and I'll give you a copy of the AB file so you know what
you're doing. If anyone who does not OWN a bow of the Hunt messages me
for this they'll sincerely regret it.

Syssin should read the ab file for Subterfuge Colours and Venom Envenom
too, as their syntaxes have changed slightly.

If there are any problems please BUG it with all the relevant
information. This was rather a large change in code terms so there may
be some things to work out.
