There is a problem right now with buying artifacts in that sometimes
when you buy them they will not be made so that they have your mark on
them. I will be attempting to find out why this is soon and will correct
it once I do, but until then please message Belakai or I if any artifact
you buy has this problem. Make sure to include the number of the
artifact.

I also just wanted to point out that the targeted_power effect works
when the weapon is thrown too.
