We have disabled the "bug limit", meaning that you could only submit a
certain number of bugs over a given period, temporarily. This will be in
effect until we have completed a huge Bug Wipe - essentially, we will
work on nothing but fixing bugs until there are NO reported bugs
whatsoever left. The Bug Wipe will start shortly after we finish all the
Liaisons.

We would also like to remind you that BUG, IDEA and TYPO are different
commands, all with their own particular purpose. Please do not submit
typoes or ideas using BUG, use the correct command.
