Massive Change to Vampire classes

I have significantly changed how the Consanguine get their classes.

There is now a new 'class' that is more of an intermediate step to
anything. Called the Nightstalkers, these creatures only possess the
skills of Corpus and Mentis. They can only learn them through the novice
levels. They have no sire, and their effective vampire generation is 25
below the Primus.

Because of this, the skill of Enthrall is no more, nor is the
corresponding ritual for the Bloodborn. To embrace anyone fully, they
must be a Nightstalker. To inguild someone into the Bloodborn novices,
they must be a Nightstalker.

There are two ways to become a Nightstalker. One is for those who are
not one of the Consanguine currently. The other is for those who are.

If you are currently a full Vampire, you can become a Nightstalker and
lose Sanguis by forsaking its bloodgift. This will make your class that
of a Nightstalker. You will retain Corpus and Mentis at their current
levels. If those levels are above novice levels, they you can not learn
anymore Corpus or Mentis until you become a full Vampire again, or a
Bloodborn. If you are below the novice levels, they you can learn up to
the novice levels.

Forsaking the bloodgift does not change your sire, nor your generation,
nor does it change any penalties you will receive when in the sun, etc.
You are still an undead vampire, and so you will suffer all those
maluses.

For those of you in the Bloodborn: You can now quit the guild, or be
outguilded. If you are above guild rank 3, then you will become a rogue
Bloodborn. If you are below guild rank 3, you will lose Hematurgy and
become a Nightstalker.

The second method of gaining the intermediate class of Nightstalker
comes from those who do not possess the gift. Kelende will be able to
help you become one of them. Until the point that you receive a
bloodgift (that is Sanguis or Hematurgy), you can quit the class and go
back to normal mortalhood. Once you take a bloodgift though, the curse
of the Consanguine is upon you.

The process of gaining a Sire is different now. Sires will be assigned
at the Embrace and at the promotion to full member of the Bloodborn, AS
LONG AS THE PERSON DOES NOT ALREADY HAVE A SIRE. They will keep their
original sire if they do.

This was a big change codewise, and I am sure I didn't not find
everything I could think of. Please message me if you notice a problem.
A few more things will be happening surrounding this, but they are
tangential to this actual process.
