Some assorted things:

- The weird message you'd see when a golem was set to pummel is gone.
- Ring meld has had its mana cost cut by 1/3
- Dwhisper's eq time has been fixed
- Force and Damnation in devotion have been fixed
- Hypnosis time to seal has been fixed, and should properly be between
30 and 60 seconds now.
