PACKS:
PACK RANKINGS should now be fixed to no longer show people who do not
have packs (or those that do not even have lycanthropy)
PACK LEADER (player) will now rightfully transfer all the pack ranking
information to the new leader
Packs and webs should no longer be getting confused with each other

General:
LIBRARY CATEGORIES should now show the proper output, and not look
garbled
