The following changes were made based on the Consanguine liaison report.

GENERAL
- The affliction of indifference has been changed. Rather then being
another version of stupidity, those with indifference will have
little desire to care or heal themselves.

CORPUS
- Mistform will no longer display the name of the vampire in the room
or move messages.
- You may now Masquerade ON and OFF

MENTIS
- Slightly reduced the learning needed for annihilate. The order does
not change in Mentis however.
- Lure will only find players 15 rooms away, if they are in the same
area.
- Lure will only find players 5 rooms away, if the are in an adjacent
area.
- You cannot lure from areas that are not connected.
- You cannot lure from rooms that are not connected in both ways. In
other words, you cannot lure through one-way rooms.

SANGUIS
- Reduced the Beckon skill level.
- Lost the 'blood' prefix on the skills in the ab files.
