Just to clarify to everyone:

You *can* transfer credits to alternate characters whenever you like,
and it is *not* a violation of HELP SECONDS. I know, there are many ways
to 'game' this, but this is the only exception to this rule.

You are not allowed to transfer anything else between characters, via a
third, fourth, fifth or sixth party. For example, it's ok to transfer a
credit you bought off the credit market to your alternate character. It
is *not* ok to transfer gold to your alternate character to purchase a
credit from the credit market.
