Smite, enflame, etc.

After looking at the numbers and running some advanced calculations on
Aetolia's massive network of supercomputers in the Andes, we've come to
this conclusion:

Smite itself wasn't really 'bad'. Sure it's high damage, but there are
defenses to normal blunt damage out there, and those all lower smite's
damage, even if the priest/luminary in question is holding an artifact
mace or is hunting the undead.

However, enflame made smite completely unreasonable, particularly when
you consider there are quite a few weaknesses to fire roaming around the
land, and very few ways to resist it. We discussed a number of changes
to enflame, including making it cause blunt damage mostly, but then a
little fire damage on the side.

But we settled on smite's base damage remaining unchanged. If the mace
is enflamed, then the damage will be fire damage, but it will only be
66% of that base damage.
