Limb afflictions

Hello folks!

Kind of a big change here that might need a bit of system work, however the hope is that it should make limb afflictions a little more easier to understand.

- The affliction "<bodypart>_broken" has now been renamed to "<bodypart>_crippled" (this is the mending affliction).
- The affliction "<bodypart>_damaged" has now been renamed to "<bodypart>_broken" (this is the lvl 1 restoration affliction).

Since most people refer to the 'damaged' threshold as being broken, I figure it's more simple to understand if the afflictions actually reflect the terminology used by players. So we'll be going by this terminology in AB files and posts going forward.

In addition to this, I've also fixed in order in which limb breaks occur for Tekura, Ferality, and Zeal. They should show any limb damage that occurs after the actual hit message.

Lastly, this is more of an experimental change, however players will no longer fall over unless both legs are *broken*. Note that this means crippled legs no longer makes you fall over (but it does continue to block movement). The only place where this is different is with the crushed kneecaps affliction. It will continue to make you fall with one crippled leg.

That's all!

Penned by my hand on Kinsday, the 22nd of Severin, in the year 511 MA.
