Bounties

Hello, everybody!

As we have noticed this question come up with increasing frequency, we would like to provide a final clarification on bounties and out of city crimes:

If the crime does not happen in your territory or an area with believable IC reasoning for you to defend it, you may not bounty for it. This means, as an example, that Enorian should not file bounties for kidnappings from Salma or Attica, and nor may Duiran file bounties for trees cut down in the Morgun, Aureliana, or Itzatl.

You may contest it when it is in progress, but you may not claim it as future reason to attack someone via a bounty. If you do not contest it in these cases, consider the opportunity lost.

Thank you and we hope this provides clarity for all parties!
