Hi folks!

Thanks to the wizardry of Keroc, we've just converted all of the wings/amulets artifacts to levelled powers.

This means you can now directly upgrade level 1 clouds_flight or caves_burrow to level 2.

The descriptions of the powers have been updated, and the costs are the same (800 for level 1, 2000 for level 2, these don't follow the standard order of levelled powers).

For convenience, if you own the level 2 of either of these, you can use both effects (duanathar/duanatharan and voltda/voltdaran).
