1) Weaponbelts is a skill in weaponry.
2) When you have the skill and a weaponbelt, you wield your weapon. When
you are done using that weapon, SECURE <weapon> instead of unwielding
it. It will be stored in your weaponbelt.
3) When you want to use that weapon again, just WIELD <weapon>.
4) To get the bonus of non-balance loss, you must possess a proficency
in that weapon. Otherwise, you'll still lose balance.

(N.B. Archers, fear not. You will get a similar skill)
