I think I have finally found the real cause of not being able to wear
items like necklaces and rings. I think I fixed everything in the game
currently, but if there are other things that you can't wear for some
strange reason, message me, and I'll fix them.

- You should definitely be able to wear 10 rings. (Though it is possible
that only one engagement ring is still wearable, I'm not sure how
uniform the rules about that are, future bigamists.)

- You should definitely be able to wear two neck items.

As I stated, please just message me if you can't, and keep the items
that you are trying to wear in your inventory and not in one of your
packs so I can find them easily. I promise, I won't read your most
personal letters!
