I've updated the PROMOTIONS verb to hopefully work a little better.

It also includes PROMOTIONS ODDS, which should give you the odds, in general, of the prize container for the month. It's not 100% because Rapture really hates math.

PS. Like really hates math. Everything is +/- 1% at best because it refuses to believe decimals exist.
