Someone recently abused a bug that allowed them to pick up anything in the game they wanted, including NPCs and other things that normally cannot be picked up. They specifically used this bug to pick up the Mitrine troop divisions and feed them to a NPC. I've restored the troops back to where they should be, and the offender has been shrubbed.
