purchases and bonuses can be messaged directly to Belakai or e-mailed to
belakai@aetolia.com.

In general, Belakai will also act as lead administrator and have a
leadership role to gods and celani. As I mentioned, this will include
coordinating events (about which we'll have more to say soon).
