- [2095] Oiled players now take extra damage when walking through
a firewall.

- [2115] Lowered Dualraze to 2.8 seconds, down from 4.

Miscellaneous

- [2060] Non-defiled player corpses are now wiped the moment a new
one is generated.

Numerology
==========================
- [2068] Disturb duration increased to 180 seconds, up from 120.
- [2068] Unravel can now be used area wide.

Refining
==========================
- [2108] Destabilizing channel time lowered to 7 seconds, down
from 10.
- [2065] The time to take control a foci has been roughly halved if
the previous controller was from same city.
- [2092] The Hotspot foci will now only shift to within ten rooms
of its last spawn point.
- The Onslaught contention type for major foci has been re-enabled.
* I expect this to be buggy, so please be patient while we sort
out any problems that arise.

Shamanism

33% to 40%.

Tattoos

- [2067] The book tattoo is no longer a strippable defence.

Tracking

- [2051] Quickshot accuracy is now based upon your crossbow and

- [2052] Alacrity no longer has a third person message when used.
