The following changes were made recently:

- The Illumination Shine ability no longer stacks.
- Merging blessed troops with non-blessed troops will result in an
unblessed division of troops.
- Mind Radiance will now correctly fail if the target is not in the same
area as the telepath.
- Conquered cities' ruling councils can appoint a new leader if
necessary.
- Divisions are now prevented from capturing a location if a division OR
guard of another city is present.
