Decayed pocketbelts

Yesterday, a great number of pocketbelts decayed as I said they would in
announce post 206. Despite having had 90 days to do so, an astonishingly
large number of you failed to move your items stored therein either to
your caches or to other pocketbelts. Some of you have indicated to me
some confusion about what would happen when the pocketbelts decayed and
that you intentionally let them decay, not understanding that the
contents would vanish too.
So, benevolent Creator that I am, I've gone back and placed the contents
of that first batch of decayed pocketbelts at the locations where those
pocketbelts were shortly before they decayed. If you were holding a
pocketbelt that decayed, you'll now be holding its former contents, etc.
HOWEVER: These restored items will decay without warning very soon if
you don't put them in a cache or pocketbelt. You will want to get them
into a cache or new pocketbelt pretty much immediately. After that, they
will behave just like normal items.
This is a one-time deal, and applies only to the first batch of decaying
pocketbelts. The contents will go to wherever the pocketbelts were about
an hour before they decayed. Please do not ask me to make exceptions or
look for additional pocketbelts. This is it.
And just so there's no confusion: when pocketbelts decay, whatever's
inside them disappears too. The cache is a far safer option. If you
insist on stockpiling more than the cache can accommodate, you'll just
need to be careful to buy new pocketbelts before the old ones decay.
