We're getting started on the second round of liaison reviews for each
class. First up is a mini-update for Syssin (there may be more Syssin
changes to come this round):

- People followed by a phased Syssin will no longer automatically see
when the Syssin follows them, unless they succeed a Vision check.
- SEARCH no longer reveals hidden and phased Syssin.
- Added some checks to prevent the unintentional revealing of phased
Syssin, such as viewing their restless slumber.
