- Mind radiance will be aborted sooner when the target moves out of the
same area as the telepath. Before, it would still fail at the end, but
the messages would continue until then.
- Reflexes now provide a proportional enhancement to balance times for
abilities that are already fast. Before, the enhancement was static for
all abilities, resulting in unreasonably short balance times for some
fast abilities.
