- Clans can now be pledged to a city or guild. Once done, the leader of
that city or guild may at any time instate a new clan head for that
clan. Syntax for CLAN PLEDGE and CLAN RESET can be found in HELP
CLANLEADER.
- The CLAN DISSOLVE command now prompts you to AGREE before destroying
the clan.
