I've just made all the pocketbelts in the world begin to decay. You'll
have about 90 real days to transfer the contents of your pocketbelts
into your cache. Pocketbelts will still exist and be sold after that,
they'll just decay after 90 days. So they can be used to transfer goods,
but not for longterm storage. That's what the cache is for.

This was necessary because there are many, many thousands of pocketbelts
currently in existence, and they're beginning to clog up our item
database. Unfortunately, it wasn't tenable to allow infinite numbers of
non-decaying pocketbelts forever.
