Templar tweaks - part 2

Battlefury
=======================
- New Masteries: Warhammer, Bastard.
* Warhammers build weapon charges faster than normal.
* Bastard sword gives extra bleeding on Disembowel.
Bladefire
=======================
- New Skill: Vorpal.
- Removed Skill: Dragon.
- Blaze will now proc before the rapier mastery
- Cleanse no longer costs equilibrium.
- Weapons now build their charges based on the damage stat of the
weapon.
- Removed damage from Iceblast.
- Iceblast will freeze the target twice if it is a two-handed weapon.
- Iceblast now has a minimum requirement of weapon charges in order
to be used.
- Crescent is now modified by intelligence, and the damage lowered.
- Blastwave is now modified by intelligence.
- Bladefury reworked, it now halves the natural charge decrease of
your weapons.
* Just a note, empowerments will be applied in both swings by
default now.
Righteousness
=======================
- New Skill: Pestilence.
- Removed the Hellsight aura, however the active effect is still
there.
* I've also converted it back to Devotion Hellsight which has
some additional benefits.
- Spellbane reworked, it now boosts all mana costs from abilities
by 15%.
- Justice reworked, it now reduces all non-natural healing by 25%.
* Natural healing includes elixirs, moss, boar tattoo, and racial
regeneration.
- Detection can now be converted into a blessing.
Subterfuge
=======================
- Lightwall now causes whiteblind instead of blindness.
- Fixed some bugs with Lightwall not working properly.
- Lightwall is now wiped when walked through.
Tekura
=======================
- Palmstrike now cures blindness instantly, instead of making
you blind.
Miscellaneous
=======================
- Voyria time changed to 20 seconds total, down from 30.
* Thin blood still halves each tick if you have the affliction.
- Once Voyria reaches the third stage (half way), there will be a 2
second delay from sipping the immunity elixir before voyria is cured.
- Fixed a bug with the first Voyria tick taking twice as long.
- Voyria no longer ticks while petrified.
- Immunity elixir is now on the elixir balance.
- Sunlight damage to vampires no longer causes them to go blind,
instead the instance now just does extra damage.
