Because of a large number of unfortunate incidents involving the Wheel
of Fates, several of which have persisted from past instances of the
event, the following changes have been made to the rewards:

* The Wheel will now reward Bound Credits, rather than Credits.
* The Wheel will now reward Bloody Iron Coins, rather than Iron Coins.
* Tattoo Tokens will now only be usable by the owner of said coin,
being the person who won it.

As a friendly reminder: Any prize, whether it be in the form of gold
coins or an item, is strictly forbidden from being transferred between
your characters. This isn't intended to discourage from the fun of the
event, but rather to ensure fairness for all of our players. For further
