- Renamed the Peace whisper to Pacifism.
* It always gave pacifism to begin with, just clearing it up.

Necromancy

- Changed Decay to make it do a larger percent of max health.
- Changed Decay against mobiles to be a little less dependant on
your level in Necromancy.
* Total damage remains the same, helps newbies mostly.

Subterfuge

- Fixed a bug causing Double Stab to give huge loads of Kai when
envenomed.
- Neutral Double Stab sped up by .30 seconds.
- Altered the 'dstab_speed' artifact, now gives roughly 5% bonus
(.15 faster) per level.
* Ultimately neutral dstabs will be faster while the level 3 dirk
remains the same.

Tarot

- New Skill: Warrior.
* This card isn't usable through a doppleganger.
- Justice tarot now gives the superstition affliction along with
justice.
- Justice now always rewards the giver of the affliction on death.
- The justice affliction now deals unblockable damage when triggered.
- Fixed a bug with Devil tarot choosing blank throws.
- Fixed a bug displaying Despair and Sandman tarots in DECKLIST as
something undiscernable.
- Fixed a bug causing the justice affliction message to display
twice.
- Added some additional messages to various Death tarot failures.

Tekura

- New Skill: Comet Kick.

Venom

- Increased Sumac damage against mobiles.

Miscellaneous

- Rewrote the generic poison damage deathsight.
- Peace reworked, now removes all enemies from your enemy list for the
duration of the affliction, opposite in a way to paranoia.
* Does not cause you to ally everyone.
* There's two skills with Peace at the moment, one in Devotion, one
in Numerology.
- Added the new affliction superstition to the bellwort/castorite tree.
* Disables resistance rings and purity necklaces for the time being.
- Reworked the priority order of the bellwort/castorite tree, check
HELP CURES CONCOCTIONS/REANIMATION for the current list.
