After some careful review in regard to how our old process worked, we
concluded that our current approach is unsatisfactory. As such,
effective immediately, we will be implementing a new process for class
liaisons, and all current class liaisons have been removed.

A summary of the new process is as follows:
- Rather than have a liaison for each class, we will instead have a
small group of liaisons.
- These liaisons will focus on a single class per liaison cycle.
- As such, classes who are in bigger need of overhauls are capable of
receiving such. The previous system only really allowed for minor
tweaks.

Over the next few days, we will be approaching and selecting several
players to fill this new liaison role, according to our judgment. As for
the remaining reports, they will be addressed as they become valid
during the upcoming cycles.
