Those damnable bandits have returned and managed to break open a few
crates full of my artifacts! Thankfully, they've all been properly
enchanted to return back to me eventually, but the bandits must not be
allowed to go unpunished! Hunt down any of the artifact-laden bandits
you see, and you're free to use any of the artifacts they may leave
behind until they return to me!
