In a stunning display of magnanimity, I have decided to open up the
ability to view submitted Ideas to the general playerbase.

Using the commands I will shortly reveal (and which can be seen at the
bottom of HELP IDEAS), you will now be able to view, comment upon, and
express support for ideas that others have submitted. Note that you will
NOT be able to see who has submitted an idea (except where ideas have
been merged, due to existing constraints), nor will you be able to see
comments that have been made.

My hope is that good ideas will be less likely to fall by the wayside by
enlisting the Aetolian community in finding diamonds in the rough.
Please be cordial regarding any ideas whose reporter has been left
within the records.
