It seems that there had been a minor issue with the enchanting-room
feature that you were able to place on Haven rooms, and those who had
previously added the feature weren't having it added to their used
points.

That has now been fixed, so you may find yourself with negative
remaining points. You should be able to unset the feature (if you no
longer desire to have it) or simply earn your points back until you are
in the positive again.
