Players may now find Cryptic Chests available, either individually or in
sets of five, on the artifact package page of Aetolia's website:

These chests may also be purchased at Qeddwyn's main artifact shop at a
cost of 150,000 gold each.

Each of the Cryptic Chests has the chance of providing great riches,
Credits, Iron Coins, rare artifacts, and more. Simply open the chest
(this can only be done once, of course) and your rewards may be found
inside (or, if you have won credits, transferred to you directly).

A list of items available from the Cryptic Chests follows:

-Gold in amounts up to 100,000!
-Credits in amounts up to 100 Credits!
-Collections of enchanted sigils, vials of venoms, and artifact vials!
-Crystals of Rebirth!
-Double XP Chalices!
-Grimstim: A stimulating pill that increases one's rate of critical hits
for 12 hours
-Red bull's eyes: The eye of the red bull will instantly restore all
willpower when consumed
-Phoenix hearts: The rare heart of a phoenix will instantly restore all
endurance when consumed
-Five different unique minipets, available nowhere else!
-A pet token, which may be exchanged for a customized pet!
-A house deed, with which one is entitled to either a free house plus
two new rooms, or five new rooms on an existing house!
-A token of passage, which may be exchanged for Wings of the Eagle or a
Sulphurous Amulet!
-A venom rag, with which one may apply an infinite quantity of any
venoms!
-A girdle of the titans, which provides +1 to Constitution!
-Boots of the Spider, providing evasion to web tattoos!
-A gem of cloaking, to hide from those who would seek you out!
-An upgrade token, which may be used to upgrade any leveled artifact
power on an existing artifact to the next level!
