Because there seems to have been some confusion over the original
announce post, allow me to clarify:

You are able to spin the wheel once every 24 hours. This doesn't reset
at the howling, but rather 24 hours after your original spin. In order
to help you in timing this, I've added a display to your DEFence list.
If you don't have it listed, then you should be alright to spin again.

As you all should already know, anyone found to be exploiting the
promotion will find themselves in quite the thicket of problems.
(Thicket. Get it? Shrubberies? I thought it was clever.) All kidding
aside: we'll be reviewing the logs closely. Don't do it.

If you have any problems with it, or find anything that is obviously
unintended, please either toss me a message or file a bug.
