Liaison Updates!

Rejoice for Liaison Updates for March/April are here!

As always, if you find anything not working submit a bug. Any questions
and speak to your Liaison!

Animation
- Golem info will now show if your golem is using pummel.
- Golem info will now use the same health levels as evaluate for
displaying your golem's health.
- You may now use GOLEM INFO ITEMS to see what items your golem is
carrying.
- Golem moan will now require a target and give them impatience, instead
of draining mana.

Crystalism
- Vibe owners will now see when their vibrations are having an effect on
their enemies.
- The dissonance vibe has had its chance to afflict those affected by it
with dissonance increased.

Devotion
- The equilibrium time of Bliss is now unaffected by equilibrium
modifiers.
- Being insubstantial in any way (lightform, blackwind, mistform) will
prevent bliss from curing afflictions.
- Performing bliss is now an aggressive action.

Dhuriv
- Splice will now strip shield first, then rebounding, then anything
else.

Domination
- You may no longer channel the BELCH ability.
- Indorani may now FLICK bonedaggers via their doppleganger.

Elemancy
- Lacking the waterbreathing defence while within an aquasphere will
cause you to be afflicted with various mental afflictions.
- You may now order efreeti to emote.
- The waterward defence will no longer wear off after a set period of
time.

Groves
- Grove barrier will now tick every 10 seconds and will only grant the
shield defence, rather then a prismatic barrier.
- Swarms will no longer disperse after a predetermined period of time.
- You can now TAP HIVE while in a portalbe grove.
- If you are not in a portable grove, or your own grove, TAP HIVE will
attempt to use your quarterstaff to summon a swarm of bees. This will
cost a small amount of energy from your staff and will still require a
hive in your main grove.
- Swarms of bees will now die when their owner does.

Hypnosis
- While a hypnosis stack is firing, the void afflictions will have no
effect.

Lycanthropy
- PACK STATUS will now display how many in-game days you have to respond
to a pack challenge.
- While your pack is in a challenge with another pack, you may change
the color they appear on qwho/bwho and who via CONFIG COLOR ENEMY PACK.
The colors will only show after you scent them, via the SCENT ability or
by SNIFFing their direction while within range of the ability.

Metamorphosis
- Blast will now strike people in line of sight. It will be usable
indoors in this situation. The syntax for this is BLAST <target>
<direction>. will now afflict its target with dizziness.

Misc
- Head and torso damage will now have 1p and 3p messages for when they
are broken or mangled.
- The duration of stun effects will now have a diminishing return. Each
time you are stunned within 10 seconds of previously being stunned, you
will reduce the duration by 20%, up to a maximum of 80% duration
reduction.
- You may now choose to use CONFIG AFFLICTION_VIEW FULL, this will
display a message for an affliction even if you are already affected by
it.

Necromancy
- Bonedaggers and Bonehelms will now last a full in game year. This
duration will only apply to daggers and helms made after this posting.

Pyrotechnics
- Fireworks that have been PULLED while on the ground will now display
their effects to the entire area when they explode.

Sanguis
- Blood beckoning your minion will now take substantially less
equilibirum.

Sciomancy
- Shadow lash may now be used to destroy icewalls.
- You may now order your shadelings to FREEZE their target. This will
have a different message to their basic attack, and will also reset
their attack timer.
- You may now order shadelings to emote.
- The galeward defence will no longer wear off after a set period of
time.

Spirituality
- You may now have more then one symbol on a shield. When you paint a
symbol, it will have 5 charges. Using shield overwhelm will deplete a
charge. When the charges run out, the symbol will need to be repainted.
- The syntax for Shield overwhelm has been changed to accomodate having
more then one symbol active at a time.
- Angel seek will now not take equilibrium if you and your target are in
the same room. It will, however, drain angel power.
- If you use ANGEL BATTLE to afflict your target with an affliction they
already have, your angel will instead sap your target.

Subterfuge
- New ability: Shrugging. This ability will allow you to choose to cure
Slickness, Asthma, Limp Veins, Anorexia or Belonophobia. It has a short
cooldown after it has been used.

Vampires
- The Phreneses subspec of vampires will have an increased chance to use
claw immediately following a frenzy.

Tarot
- New ability: Sandman. This card can be thrown by the devil tarot, but
will not set off the devil tarot effect.
- The devil tarot will no longer sometimes throw a hangedman card.

Telepathy
- The base health and mana damage for mind crush has been reduced by 5%.
- The head_damaged and head_mangled will increase mind crush damage by
20% and 40% respectively.
- Being hit by mind crush will reduce the damage of any subsequent mind
crushes for 6 seconds by 10%. This effect will stack up to 5 times.
- Mind empathy will now only do as much damage as it heals, instead of
doing a static amount of damage regardless of the amount healed.

Venom
- The Immunity ability has been disabled.
- The ability to shrug venoms has been removed.

Woodlore
- The lemming's attack speed has been slowed down.
- Woodlore animals may now be ordered to emote.
