I don't normally 'pull back the curtain' on what's in development, but I
wanted to give you an idea of what we're working on up here. Part of the
reason development updates have been slow of late should be fairly
obvious: we lost a senior coder recently. The other reason is that we're
in the middle of two large development projects. One of these is a new
guild that features a very cool new type of skill. Expect to see this
new guild around the end of July.

Two of our celani are commencing training to become coders, so you can
expect to see smaller, more frequent development updates before long.
Specifically, we've been analyzing the class liaison reports (a pretty
big job), and that will be one of the first things our new coders sink
their teeth into.

In addition, I'm looking to bring in one more celani with an interest in
becoming a coder. Applicants should have several years' programming
experience with a structured language (C, Java, etc.) and preferably
some formal education in software engineering, computer science or the
like. The usual qualifications also apply. Please send an application to

I'm very excited about the projects we're working on now, as well as the
