Cities
------------------------
- Bloodloch's default environment of Constructed Underground has
been changed to Cavern.
* The Cavern environment is burrowable at the lowest depths, like
the Urban environment.
* Assuming a Cavern room is set as outdoors, it will be considered
as outdoors for all abilities and skills, however the weather/sun
will not be present in these rooms.
* You can think of it as a large cavern in which you can fly
within, however it's still indoors.

Orders
------------------------
- You can no longer join the Congregation or Order of a participating
Deity during a Holy War. You can however invite players during the
grace period before the actual war.
* Although we could ban it outright once a war is declared, it
would still be possible for an Order to recruit before hand and
then declare. The grace period grants the option to recruit if
you so wish to counteract this.
- The Master Shrine resistance to praying has been lowered.
- You can now use communication without interrupting praying.
* Note that you will need to use TELL to speak directly with a
player without interruption.
- Worldburn damage has been increased significantly.

Kaido
------------------------
- Fixed a bug where you would hold your breath automatically after
being Kai Choked without possessing the ability of Breathing.
- Liaisons can now use KAI BUILD in the liaison arena to automatically
gain kai.

Vampires
------------------------
- Fixed a bug giving vampires 50% resistance to asphyxiation. They
now have 10%.
- Fixed a bug not giving Bloodborn the sip malus that vampires have.

Multiclass
------------------------
- Bloodborn no longer receive the benefits that a Spec'd Praenomen can.
* Resistances have been fixed to reflect this.
* Mend has been fixed to reflect this.
* Frenzy has been fixed to reflect this.
* Purify has been fixed to reflect this.
* Blood consumption on some abilities have been fixed to reflect
this.
