Bug Fixes:
==========
(Venom) - It is no longer possible to milk Camus or Sumac.

(Lycanthropy) - PACK STATUS will now properly display the status of a
challenge to all members of the pack, not just the
leader.

(Devotion) - Rites will now check for if a player is Petrified, and
thus not hit if so.

(Spirituality)- Angel Refuge will now fail if you EVOKE LIGHTFORM
before Refuge completes.

(Howling) - ECHOING OFF will no longer cause you to use equilibrium
if it already disabled.

(Ferality) - Neckdrag will properly respect Grounding and Focus.

(Curing) - Applying a salve to RiGhT lEg, lEfT LeG, etc should now
work regardless of case.
